We provide public relations, media outreach, brand positioning, and strategic communication services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual agreements.
Project Terms
All engagements require a signed agreement and an initial deposit. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in writing. Any changes to scope must be approved and may impact pricing and timelines.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original materials. Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. We reserve the right to reference non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Structure
Fees are outlined in individual agreements. A deposit is required to begin work. Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Timeline & Communication
Timelines are defined in project agreements. Delays in client feedback or approvals may impact delivery timelines. We aim to respond within one business day.”
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, campaigns, and media strategies. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Additional fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
Liability
Services are provided ‘as is’ without guarantee of specific results, media placements, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on external factors beyond our control. Liability is limited to the total fees paid. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
